As we prepare for the major launch, we are excited to share a pack of Google Sheet Addon product updates we've worked on over the last month.

Revamped Documentation

We completely reworked our documentation to reflect the current state of the product and included practical guidelines and our recommendations. Give it a shot here.

One of the sections we are excited about is Writing Prompts, where we gathered together common best practices we developed after using the product ourselves (for B2B cold outreach) and analyzing product usage.

New functions

  • =EXTRUCT_LLM(prompt, llmModel, outputFormat) – to call your favorite LLMs. See documentation.

  • =EXTRUCT_PREBUILT(agentId, input, showSources) – to easily research the most popular person/company fields without writing a prompt. See documentation.

LinkedIn Integration

We added real-time LinkedIn data support for personal profiles. Please take a look at the example here.

Before, Extruct agents would try scraping LinkedIn by visiting profiles via proxy. However, LinkedIn is known to be the hardest to scrape at scale. With direct integration, you can access complete and up-to-date profile data (including people's posts).
